  1. A Haunted House
There is a haunted house in the townland of Ballyboden. Mrs Linden owns it. Mr Linden cut his throat in one of the top rooms and in the nights strange lights are seen coming from the top rooms. After five o'clock every evening the doors cannot be opened. There is a cave underneath the house and the ghost of Mr Linden is often seen in it. There are many skeletons in this cave. The Danes used this cave when they were hiding from the Irish.
