    woman in the village of Tavrane was passing through the fort one night about the hour of twelve o'clock. In the house she was visiting in two people out of it accompanied her to the fort then she said to them in a joking way "You can be going home now I will have lots of company in the fairies, they will be with me to the "Avenue Gate" She did not mean what she said about the fairies, but the fairies must have heard her because she heard talking and laughting until she reached the "Avenue Gate" then it ceased. When you stand in one of the forts in Tavrane you can see a ring of forts.
