    locality leaves their doos opened during the Christmas supper for the Holy Family to come and visit them. After the Supper is over it is said that a man or boy should fix the fire because if a woman fixes it she puts an angel in the fire and if a boy or man fixes it he puts the devil in the fire.
    From the 23rd December to the 13th January People decorate their houses and out houses with holly and ivy. They light up all the windows of the dwelling house on the 24rd and 25th of December on the 31st December and 1st January in honour of Christmas Eve and Christmas night on small Christmas eve and night and on the 5th Jan. and 6th January in honour
