- My father told me that one time my grand-father was going to the fair of Bally James Duff. At 2 o'clock in the night he met a motor-car with no lights on it or no head on it and three men standing inside it at the foot of a hill. It never crossed the (road) hill it went in at a bridge about three miles from Bally James Duff. It was said that the same motor-car goes that way at one or two o'clock every night. Every one that met it said it was a ghost motor. They never liked to go that road at one or two o'clock at night.
