    When there are suckers from the sun it is a sure sign of rain. When there is a circle around the moon it is the sign of a storm.
    "The farther the circle the nearer the storm,

    When the stars clink it is the sign of frost. Heavy black clouds foretell rain. We see clouds flying on the sky on a frosty night.
    "A rainbow in the morning,
    Is the shepherd's warning,

    Is the shepherd's delight".
    A weather gall is the sign of broken weather.
    "Wind from the east
    Is not good for man or beast".
    The west brings rain and the north wind brings snow. The west wind is the best wind.
