    The stone in Lynally
    Two years ago last Summer out teacher and her senior pupils went on an invitation with the Kildare Archaeological Society to visit Ballycowan and Lynally ruins. In Ballycowan Mr. Clark a member of the Society gave a lecture on the barony of Ballycowan
    Then we went on to the grave yard and ruins of St. Carthages monastery which is on Mr. Mooney's (junr.) land. We went to the monastery first and Mr. Mooney told the Society all he
