- There are two holy wells in Terrerath, one near the church of Terrerath and the other in Aclamon, Cushinstown Co. Wexford.
The one in Terrerath, Cushinstown, Co. Wexford is near the church. It is called St. Bridgets well.
People go to this well to be cured of ailments. There are pieces of rags and medals left behind by the people who are cured. When they were building the church of Terrerath they had no water to wet the cement Fr. Clancey went down and said "there must be water here".
