  1. There is a fort about four miles outside Edgeworthstown where there is supposed to be fairies.
    One time a man went down to see what was in the fort and he saw a woman and a dog sitting at a fire and the woman told him to go up and said if you do not go up you will go up when the dog wakens. After that a blind man fell down and never came up.
