  1. We churn twice a week on Mondays and Fridays. It is an end-over-end churn we have. Recently we had a dash churn.
    The churn is prepared in the following way. It is scrubbed with a scrubbing brush and boiling water but no soap is used. The water is then poured out and the churn is cooled with cold spring water, and then thrown out.
    It is then left out in the open rain to cool for half an hour. The cream is then poured in and the lid is fastened firmly. Before putting on
