  1. In the townland of Shanagorth about 1 mile west from Curreeny school there are three upright flags covered on top by a fourth flag & ther structure is known locally as Dermot's Bed.
Roughly the stones are about 4 feet long 2 1/2 feet broad & six inches thick.
The opening to the hollow space inside is on the west & some people believe it to be a druid's altar.
There is not any story known about the bed nor are there any accounts of spirits or ghosts told about it. No one seeems to know when it was erected & there is not a trace of Ogham writing on any of the stones. The bed is in a backward spot among the Shanagorth hills about 10 Irish miles southwest of Nenagh & very close to Moher Cle.
Tras-scríofa ag duine dár meitheal tras-scríbhneoirí deonacha.
