    When the wind blows from the South it is the sign of rain. When the wind comes over Gatee Mór it is the sign of bad weather. When the clouds are moving in the sky it is the sign of a storm. When the wind blows from the east it is the sign of hard dry weather. When the cows go to a sheltered part of a field it is the sign of a storm. When the smoke lies on the ground it is the sign of wet weather.
