Herbs.
The nettle is a harmful weed on a farm,because it spreads rapidly and destroys the crops.There is some good in the nettle however,as tea is made out of it for a cure of the measles.
The dandelion is not harmful and grows on dry land.The leaves are boiled in water for purifying the blood.
The fern leaf is not harmful either-it grows in ditches and along the roads.The leaf is stewed in butter for scalds or burns.
The chicken-weeds grow on bogland.They are very small weeds,have small roots and are not harmful.It is put on a swelling dry,to take down the swelling.
Marsh mallows grow on marshy land and are good for Erysipelas?
Double rooted briar grows along the roads.It is used for calves with the colic.
