    Roinn Roinn Postáil
    The houses long ago were very different from the houses nowadays. Some of them were made of mud and more of them were made with wattles. Sometimes there were no chimneys in the house, only a hole in the roof.
    When the hole was in the roof the fire was put in the middle of the floor and then the smoke would get out in the hole.
    There was often a bed in the kitchen. This bed was called a "Pouch". It was situated in a corner of the kitchen. The wall was let out in the back so that the bed
