  1. On Joseph Neilor's land there is a very nice spring well. it is called "Tobar Cos Capaill" It got this name from St Patrick's Horse. When St Patrick was in Ireland he was passing through Co. Sligo on horse-back. When he came as far as Carrowreagh he stopped at the well to give his horse a drink and the track of the horse's hoof still remains to be seen on the rock at the well.
