  3. Myself and a neighbouring farmer once had a meitheal each cutting oats and when we had finished in the evening we said we would send for drink for the workers. Eight gallons of porter was brought and it had to be divided between the two of us. We had only a five gallon measure and a three gallon measure. How did we divide it between the two of us?
