  1. The oldest man in this district is Michael Clancy 89 years, of Cloonnbonnive Dromahair Co Leitrim. He told me this story of a fort. There is a fort on his land. He often saw a number of little lights there. There is a number of whitethorn trees without any thorns on them growing in a ring that never was planted by any person. If one was standing at this fort you could see another fort at my grandmothers.
