The people now-a-days make ointment with unsalted butter mixed with sulphur, and it is a cure for every kind of skin-disease.
    Goose-grease is very good for rheumatism. Goose-grease is also very good to rub on sprained joints. Long ago the people used to rub goose-grease on their shoes, as it was considered very good for leather. They also used it for greasing axles of carts, who no cart grease was to be got.
