Folk LoreI heard my grandfather telling a story about Lough Graney o There was heavy frost for three weeks and it was followed by a heavy fall of snow which covered Lough Graney was and made it look like o a white field.
There was a man travelling on horseback and my Grandfather was talking to him and he told my Grandfather that he crossed a lovely white field, and that there was no fences nor ditches in it. Then my grandfather told him that(continues on next page)
