    Folklore
    Brian Merryman lived in the year 1800.
    He was born in Ennistymon but spent most of his life in Upper Feakle.
    He was a great poet and scholar. The name of one of his poems is Cuaird an Meádhon Oidhche.
    He was the schoolmaster in Kilclarin, he died in the workhouse in Limerick and [was] buried there.
