  1. A number of boys is selected and put standing in a line. One boy is picked out and says - "T.i.g. tig you have the old Irish stooping tig." The boy on which "tig" falls has the tig. The other boys commence to run while the boy with the tig follows them. When the boy with the tig draws near, the other boys stoop down. While in that position the boy with the tig cannot give them the tig. But if he is able to catch them while running or standing upright, he can give them the tig. Any number of boys can play this game.
