    it. It takes about half-an hour to make a churning. We work the churn with our hands. You would know the churning is made when the butter comes on the dash. When the butter is made is is taken out with two butter spades and put into a dish, then it is salted, and ready for using. The butter milk is used for making bread, it is also given to pigs for a drink. Some people sell the butter.
