  1. Potatoes are grown in my district. Every farmer sows about two acres of land. The farmer prepares the ground. The land is always manured. Some of the potatoes are sown in drills some more are sown in ridges. The ridges are made with spades and the drills are made with ploughes. Wooden ploughs were never used in my native
