    that are used in the forge are a sledge hammer a small hammer, an anvil, and a hatchet. The blacksmith shoes horses, mules, donkeys, and ponys. The blacksmith makes farm implements such as ploughs, harrows, scufflers spring-harrows, hayforks iron-gates fire-grates and tyres of carts. the smith does all his work in the forge. the blacksmith is very fond of drink. The people give turf to the blacksmith often. It is said that the blacksmith have very strong hands.
