    Most of the farmers plant an acre of potatoes. In spring the fields are dug into ridges. Then the potatoes are planted a few days after. Manure is put out on the ridges then the furrows are ploughed and the potatoes laboured. When the stalks are a foot high the ridges are moulded. Then the
