  1. Bread was not made long ago as it is made nowadays.
    Long ago the people used to grind their own wheat and corn and oats. There were two mills in this district - one mill for grinding wheat and another for corn. Flour was made locally.
    Grind-stones were used for grinding the corn grown locally.
