  1. Tobar na Déirce. This well is supposed to cure sore eyes and it is in a field near Blakemount (near Tubber) graveyard and there are ash trees growing around it. When people go to the well they go two Mondays and a Thursday and they wash their eyes three times with three drops of the water and they say three Hail Marys. It is said that a man had a disease in his head long ago and he got a bucket of water and threw it on his head and the well sprung up there
There is a wall around the well and when people are going to it they bring a small statue or a crucifix and leave it up against the wall
