   1 On the finishing day of the harvest it is a custom to hold a kind of feast called a "wholly" this consists of dancing, feasting and rejoicing on having finished the reaping.
   2 If one peels an apple without breaking or letting the skin fall, then throws it often over his shoulder if it forms the same letter three times that letter will be the initial of the peeler's husband or wife as the case may be.
   3 On the feast of St. John the well dedicated to this Saint is visited by some of the people of Nenagh when the Rosary is recited in Public.
