These are the names of the wild birds that are found in my district - the wren, robin, blackbird, thrush, sparrow, yellow-yarn, swallow, willy-wag-tail, goldfinch, stonechecker, tomtit, green-linnet, corncrake, cuckoo, chaffinch, swift, lark, stare, snipe, wild-duck, water-hen, tail-duck widgeon, diver, sea-gull crane, swan, crow, hawk, magpie, partridge, jackdaw, curlew and the owl.
    These are the birds that go away to foreign countries, the swallow, cuckoo, divor, and the corncrake. They all come back in the summer.
