  1. Ingredients. Raw potatoes, Boiled potatoes, Flour, Salt.
Method. Wash, peel the raw potatoes. Grate them into a basin. Then put this into a clean cloth and wring hard to get all the water out of the grated stuff. Peel the boiled potatoes. Mash. Mix with the grated potatoes. Add salt to flavour. Mix enough flour to make into a dry mixture. Roll out into a cake and bake. Instead of baking the mixture can be boiled in a cloth like a pudding. Sometimes they are put into soup in the form of dumplings and boiled for two hours.
