    The old house I lived in had the fire in the gable end of it.
    The floor was made of clay and up at the fire-place was made of flags.
    The chimney was made of wattles and clay.
    There was a half-door on it.
    There is a half-door on every house around here.
    There is now no hafdoor on the house we are living in.
    There is a "Settle bed" in our house in the kitchen.
    There was only two apartments in our old house.
    But in the new house there are four apartments.
