    A cure for the Whooping Cough in olden times and was considered to be a very good one was an herb known as Crane's Bill. Boil on new milk for one hour. Strain and add a small quantity of sugar.

  2. A great cure for colds in olden times was boiled buttermilk and one spoonful of oatenmeal mixed with the boiled buttermilk. It was called Posset. It should be taking going to bed at night.
