    in March, roads were all blocked, no traffic, not even the trains could run.
    Confirmation was to be held in Glynn. The children from far away had to walk four miles to Glynn. But all were disappointed as the Bishop could not travel. Confirmation was postponed for two weeks until the snow was all gone.
    The men from Marley and Borris had to clear away the snow.
