- Warts: Get as many sy=tones as you have warts. Rub the stones on the warts, then put them in a paper bag and leave them on the road. Whoever picks them up will get warts, and your warts will go away.

Whooping Cough: If you met a man on a white horse and asked him for a cure for whooping cough, whatever he told you to do, is supposed to be a cure.

Wild Fire: The cure for wild fire is, when you see it appearing on your skin to write your name in ink around it and it will stop.

Burn: If you lick the back of a lizard you have a cure for a burn in your tongue.
