    get the boots and that when he would be bringing her to put her in a bag and tie her well and that when he would be crossing the river on his way to town to drop the cat into it and drown her. The man went home and did what he was told. He told the cat that she would have to go to town to get the boots. He put the cat in a bag and tied her tightly then he started off and when he came to the river he put the cat into it. As the cat was falling down she cursed the man and said bad luck to yourself and your tutors.
    The cat was the devil.
