    A certain part of Clonamona is reached by a very steep rugged lane from Clonamona Lane or road. This part is called the Street.
    Only three house's are there now but long ago the houses were very close together in the shape of a half - circle. It is more commonly known at present as the "Commons" on account of the ruins of most of the houses been visible.
    In Ballygullen a certain field owned by Mr. Lyons is called the Rath field on account of the rath which is in the field.
