    and thrown away. It spreads very quickly through all the fields, and is mostly found where the land is badly manured.
    Nettles are cut up and put in the food for turkies and the old people say it keeps them from getting the choking. On our farm also dock leaves grew abundantly amongst the potato crop and it harms them a great deal and brings the blight very quickly.
