  1. Long ago people used to eat brown bread, potatoes and milk for their meals and they were very strong. They used to eat three meals a day.
    At Christmas they used to eat turkey and ham and at Easter they used to have eggs.
    Nowadays some people eat five meals in the day, for instance they eat their breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea and supper. At their breakfast they have porridge and milk, tea, bread and butter and some people have a rasher every morning except Friday morning and others only have a rasher on
