  1. There are about 13 houses in my district. I live in the parish of Shrule in the barony of Shrule. The name of the townsland I am living in is Ballymulvey. There are about 12 families in my district. There are three people over 70 years of age living in it. I do not know whether they can tell stories or not.
It is believed that this district was inhabited by families named Mulvihills and that is how it got it's name. One of the houses is a two-storied thatched house and the other twelve are slated.
