    Boxty is made in the following way. Get raw potatoes. Wash them and rasp them on the rasper. Then get pepper and salt and you put new milk on them (on the potatoes.) Then you mix them all up together. Put the mixture on a greased pan. When one side of the boxty or rasp is brown turn it over on the other side and cook it until it is brown. Then butter it and eat it hot. Griddle bread is made the same way as brown and soda bread but you put it on a griddle to bake. Put the griddle on a griddle-stand
