  1. 1. The animals of the farm we have are, cow, horses, pigs, sheep, and goats.
    2. The names of the cows are jerseys, pollys, white-heads and roawans.
    3. The bedding is of straw
    4. The bulls are left loose in the shed.
    5. The cows are tied to a rail which is over their heads and is called a neck-rail.
    6. The cows are milked at seven oclock in the morning and at four in the evening.
    7. Some of the finest horses come from Ireland. When they are a year-old they are sent to the racing stables, If the owner wishes, and the greatest race-horses ever known of.
    8. The sheep are put in a pen, in the middle of a field. If you walk over the Newtown road you will see a pen in the shade of a small wood.
