- A tree called Columcille's tree about 100 yards Dundalk side of B. Oliver Plunkett Church on main road, and a disused well bear by at which many people have been cured of Ague.
Remains of Old Church or Monastery in old graveyard Haggardstown. This Graveyard is still in use, although it is on record that complaints of its over crowding were made as early as 1812.
Two wells, known as St. Patrick's and St. Brigid's near the shore on north side. Said to be cure for Toothache in the water. There is a stone near by, on which St. Patrick is said to have rested or knelt.- Bailitheoir
