    A Story.
    Long ago there lived in East Clare a woman named Biddy Early.She could tell the past ,the present and the future.She had a gift for curing both man and beast.People who could not make their butter used to go to her to see who had it.A man from this locality went to her for some cure,and on his way he cursed her.When he arrived at her house she cleared him because she knew he was cursing her on the way.There is another story told about Biddy Early.This woman was very neat and clean and also the fire place.At night she used put down a big fire when going to bed because she knew there was fairies about.One night as she was
