  1. A man named Martin O'Leary was coming home from J. Kilmihill at eight o'clock one night. Just at Considines an animal appeared in the shape of a cow, speckled, with a big hump on its back. When he noticed it he bent down to see what it was. It turned its head and looked at him, there was fire in the animal's eyes. The man thought he was a devil. He ran dn remained at Considines that night.
