    A Story
In this place long ago there lived a man who wanted to know everything .There was an old belief that horses used to talk Christmas night .His neighbour told him to find out whether it was true or false. When Christmas came he got two of his horses and put them into a stable and himself went into the "rack" and covered himself up with hay.At length they began to talk, and what they said was "Wont we have a great day next Thursday carrying our master to the grave",and so they had.
