  2. About two miles from Drangan is situated a cottage known as the "Fairy Cottage". Many years ago there was a girl living in this cottage with her father and mother. This girl had a dispute with a priest, who lived near the cottage, about dogs. He told her that she would be buried without a coffin and that the death she would get would surprise nations.
