    The 10th April is known as the Cows Day.

    August is thought an unlucky month to get married.
    People say that from St. Bridget's Day to St. Patrick's Day it would be rainy every second day.
    People say that if it rains on St. Swithen's day it would be raining for 40 days and 40 nights.
