  1. An old man and woman names Wall who lived in the parish of Castlemahon were very poor. One day a fairy man came into their house with about two pounds of meat. When he was going away the woman went out to the door. She saw the fairy man going down towards a stream that was running from the door but before he reached it he disappeared.
