    Fado do bhí torc Fiadhain i n-Eirinn. Lá amhain do chuaid dhá Fiaghuidhe indiaidh an tuirc. Nuair a thanadar go dtí an ceanntair sa, do cath fear amháin saighead agus do ghoin sé an torc. Do chonnaich an torc an fear. Do thug sé fogha fe'n fear. Do tharraing sé na putóga amach an bhfear. Nuair a connaich a compánac é, ar seisean, dún do bolg agus tá t-ainm sin Dún Bolg ar an áir.
