“There is an old ruined mill by the river Aubeg Rockvale, Castletownroche...”
There is an old ruined mill by the river Aubeg in Rockvale Castletownroche, opposite Redstone Well, the local water supply. Tradition tells that the reason the mill is only half built is that some mysterious fairy people used to come every night and throw down the walls of the mill. The masons used to go to work next day, and built the walls higher, but to no avail, as the walls were thrown down again, by the same mysterious agency. The mill was supposed to be built on a fairy path.- Collector
