  1. There are not many fairy forts in this district.
    They are called rings becase they are round in shape with three ditches around them made of stone. Between each ditch there are deep and wide threnches which are full of water always.
    The people of this district do not know who built them or when they were built. Once there were fairies seen in one of them. When the people heard about the fairies the were afraid to send their children to school, but they did not stay there long.
